Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Returns due to buyer’s remorse (e.g., changed mind) are accepted, but return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can arrange a resolution.

How to Request a Return

  3. Ship the item to the address provided within the 14-day return window.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • We do not offer refunds for shipping fees unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Custom orders or special promotional items marked “final sale”
